Join our team as a Technical Consultant for ServiceNow, where you will be involved in all technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects and solution delivery. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a technical expert in ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow configurations.
- Engaging actively with clients in both technical and business contexts.
- Resolving technical challenges across multiple ServiceNow domains and applications.
- Configuring and customizing various aspects of ServiceNow, including workflows, UI, client scripts, business rules, discovery, etc.
- Translating business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Developing/configuring access components for integration (SSO, LDAP).
- Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party tools and applications using web service-based techniques.
- Preparing technical deliveries for both customer and internal use.
- Collaborating within technical teams to develop cutting-edge platform technologies.
