Job OverviewAs the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the effective and efficient operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring impeccable cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas within the hotel. This role includes auditing and inspecting the work assignments of housekeeping staff. Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring adherence to the hotel's cleanliness and comfort standards.Develop and implement housekeeping procedures in line with Accor's Hotels standards to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor room cleaning productivity, maintaining levels set by the General Manager or Hotel Manager.Collaborate with the Hotel Manager or General Manager to establish performance targets for productivity and expenditures.Plan and control horticultural activities related to the hotel.Address guest complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring Front Office Manager is updated on guest feedback.Verify supplies consignments and approve departmental functional manuals.Work closely with the hotel's laundry service provider to maintain high laundering standards for linens, guest laundry, and uniforms.Prepare and present monthly reports to the Hotel Manager and General Manager.Maintain accurate records of all additional cleaning conducted to ensure optimal cleanliness.Handle guest laundry and lost property per hotel policies.Participate in weekly Department Head meetings, maintaining confidentiality on discussed matters.Ensure accurate inventory management of all supplies and linens to prevent loss.Conduct InterREACT Audits quarterly and Environmental Essentials Audits every two years.Manage the procedures for “Lost and Found,” ensuring proper recording and storage.Ensure the proper usage and servicing of all equipment for optimal operational conditions.
