Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless daily operations for real estate professionals. In this remote position, you will collaborate with agents, brokers, property managers, investors, and clients to ensure successful property transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting sales, marketing, administrative tasks, and client communications, while nurturing strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with various stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, and lenders, regarding property inquiries, showings, and transaction updates.
- Maintain exemplary phone etiquette and ensure professional communication at all times.
- Manage and update CRM systems such as KVCORE, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Assist with listing management by uploading property details to MLS platforms and coordinating photography.
- Qualify leads and conduct follow-ups using phone, email, and SMS campaigns.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, email management, document preparation, and calendar management.
- Coordinate transactions by liaising with escrow officers, lenders, inspectors, and clients to meet deadlines.
- Prepare marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and online listings to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, listings, and client communications.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and the real estate team to foster professional relationships.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and company information.
- Support property research, market analysis, and comparative market analysis (CMA) preparation.
