Set up and operate machining equipment, including lathes, drill presses, and grinders; perform welding as needed. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following 5S and housekeeping protocols. Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to enhance processes and reduce operational costs. Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance to project teams, supporting their professional development. Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems, addressing issues with software, hardware, and configurations. Use predictive maintenance technologies to collect and interpret equipment performance data, making actionable recommendations. Keep accurate records and review Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data to inform ongoing maintenance approaches. Engage in on-the-job training and pursue self-directed technical learning for continued career growth. Adhere to all safety policies and regulations, staying alert to identify and address unsafe conditions.
