About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished IT Recruiter with a strong history of sourcing and hiring technical talent for U. S.-based companies. This position demands a deep understanding of the tech landscape, covering roles in software development, infrastructure, data, product management, and cybersecurity. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and finalizing offers, while collaborating closely with clients to ensure successful hires that align with their business goals.

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for U. S. companies.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Establish and nurture strong talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing tools.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies specifically for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.).
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical competencies, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline status.
- Stay informed about IT hiring trends, in-demand tech stacks, and compensation standards.
