As a vital member of our Commercial team, you will manage and enhance strategic accounts with a consultative approach, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring long-term relationships. Your efforts will directly influence our clients' technological evolution and the sustainable growth of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive growth and profitability for your assigned portfolio.
Identify business opportunities within current clients, increasing engagement in solutions such as software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Lead high-level negotiations, securing effective closures and sustainable business relationships.
Collaborate synergistically with internal teams (pre-sales, technology, and delivery) to ensure value propositions align with client needs.
Meticulously manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring visibility and accuracy in sales forecasting.
What We Seek in You
Profile
Educational background in Marketing, Business, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales or as a Key Account Executive, preferably in technology firms.
Experience in selling solutions like software development, cloud services, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and automation.
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong negotiation, closing, and financial analysis skills.
Desirable:
Specialization in sales or technology.
MBA.
A portfolio or network of corporate contacts.
