Peak-made is hiring a Skilled Maintenance Technician to support its apartment communities in Raleigh, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to maintenance service requests and repairs.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with tracking and managing tools, equipment, and supply inventory.
- Deliver high standards of customer service to residents and handle complaints professionally.
- Follow company personnel policies and keep workspaces clean and safe.
- Set up and follow a preventative maintenance schedule for property and equipment.
- Communicate clearly with residents, team members, vendors, and supervisors.
- Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage budgets and run preventative programs.
- Support the community’s hazard communication program and ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities to identify and reduce liability risks.
- Help the maintenance team keep the property in top condition and maintain curb appeal.
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, including related maintenance tasks.
- Schedule and complete repair and maintenance jobs as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, following manufacturer instructions.
- Maintain accurate records and help keep common areas and the office tidy.
- Take part in daily cleaning of exterior grounds and shared spaces.
- Maintain the swimming pool and keep chemical logs current.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
