Purpose of the Role
This position is pivotal in ensuring that training translates into tangible performance in the workplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce essential behaviors, follow up post-training, and assist in transforming promising ideas into habitual practices. You'll maintain close ties with the business to identify obstacles and bridge the gap between learning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Foster Adoption & Continuity
- Engage with teams following training sessions to verify that key behaviors are being applied.
- Clarify expectations through constructive dialogues with managers and teams.
- Identify challenges faced by employees and assist in alleviating them.
- Ensure uniformity across teams so that learning is an ongoing process, not a one-time event.
- Facilitate the transformation of training into enduring habits.
Maintain Business Alignment
- Collaborate with leadership to gauge effective practices and areas for improvement.
- Observe actual work processes rather than solely relying on training methodologies.
- Identify discrepancies between expectations and actual performance.
- Offer straightforward, actionable recommendations to enhance adoption.
- Assist leaders in embedding learning into daily operations.
Monitor Utilization
- Track adoption metrics to understand what is effective and what isn’t.
- Utilize data and observations to identify trends.
- Provide the team with clear, actionable insights.
- Link learning initiatives with tangible outcomes.
- Be aware of areas needing additional support.
Facilitate & Support Learning
- Conduct training sessions as needed (either virtually or in-person).
- Assist in content creation alongside the design lead.
- Emphasize key messages during onboarding and workshops.
- Step in to support delivery during high-demand or priority initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between what is taught and what is reinforced.
