Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing property occupancy status.
- Evaluating the condition of properties as Good, Fair, or Poor.
- Taking high-quality photos with your smartphone.
- Completing forms digitally via a downloadable application.
- Responding to multiple-choice questions regarding property conditions.
Requirements:
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation is essential (vehicles with good gas mileage are preferred).
- Ownership of a smartphone (Android or iPhone) is necessary.
- Access to a printer/scanner (or both).
- A desktop, laptop, or tablet is required to print forms.
Income and Assignments:
Your earnings will depend on location and the number of inspections completed. Many inspectors can conduct multiple inspections within an hour. Typically, rural areas offer higher pay per inspection. The quicker you complete inspections, the more opportunities you will receive. This is a 1099 contractor position, and no resume is needed to apply.
