Role Overview We are in search of a meticulous and ethically principled professional to act as a vital link between our risk management framework and field operations. This position entails proactively identifying and investigating instances of misconduct among Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), assessing their performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal control standards. This hands-on role demands a strong field presence, analytical thinking, and the capacity to translate field observations into actionable risk insights. Key Responsibilities Investigations & Field Monitoring Lead focused investigations into suspected misconduct, including double-dealing, agent impersonation, unauthorized onboarding, and unethical behaviors in the field. Conduct unannounced field inspections and validation exercises to confirm BRM claims, agent status, and adherence to company policies. Engage with field stakeholders (agents, merchants, supervisors) to collect intelligence and document findings.
