Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed evaluations of mechanical systems and products through research programs, applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials science.Comprehend the scope of any long-term contracts related to SD/TA.Oversee references and documentation on-site to enhance and optimize operational processes.Identify and troubleshoot issues during operations promptly.Perform inspections on items, equipment, and machines before and after each shutdown or project phase.Compile materials lists necessary for maintenance and ensure timely procurement.Validate system and product capabilities through appropriate testing methods and verification of properties.Coordinate and manage both internal and interdisciplinary work interfaces to ensure cost-effective execution.Conduct maintenance on oil and gas equipment, including both rotating and static components, as per the defined scope of work.Organize and execute maintenance tasks in line with the maintenance schedule and erection sequencing.Develop mechanical and electromechanical solutions based on client specifications through rigorous research, testing, and operator feedback.Enhance maintenance processes by designing or modifying equipment for fabrication, assembly, and installation.Guarantee system and product quality by establishing testing methods, verifying finished product capabilities, and validating fabrication, assembly, and installation protocols.Prepare detailed maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing technical information and trends.Provide engineering support by addressing client inquiries, technical requests, and operational concerns.Uphold product and company reputation by adhering to strict quality standards.Ensure equipment remains operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer guidelines, and arranging special services when necessary.Maintain system and product databases by updating or developing computer programs and entering necessary data.Complete projects through the training, guidance, and supervision of technicians.Contribute to team objectives by supporting related tasks as needed.Ensure a safe working environment on-site while maintaining quality levels according to company and client standards.Ensure compliance of maintenance activities with established procedures and HSE policies.Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Planning and Technical Support Manager.
