Discover more about us at our website. Key Missions of the Position:This role encompasses Product Management, Change Management, Technical Customer Support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless factory operations and timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities:Product Management:Analyze customer requirements and assist the team in product development.Oversee the product lifecycle and ensure a smooth introduction of new products, leading from the engineering side.Implement change management processes and drive related activities.Conduct value analysis and deploy value engineering methods to enhance product reliability.Customer Coordination:Assist the cross-functional team during customer inspections and prepare necessary documentation.Represent the engineering team in customer meetings.Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all documentation aligns with company and quality standards.Support audits and regulatory requirements through diligent record-keeping.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work alongside production and quality teams to ensure efficient factory operations.Collaborate with sourcing and supplier quality teams to execute cost-saving initiatives and maintain reliability.
