Role & Team
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to support our Sales team in achieving business objectives and managing operational aspects of administrative tasks.
Company scooter will be provided for business use.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Coordinating apartment viewings and scheduling appointments;
Managing commercial contracts with tenants;
Overseeing the entire portfolio of long and short-term rentals (pricing, discounts, promotions);
Handling cancellations to retain customers;
Preparing operational reports;
Managing administrative processes;
What You Will Need to Succeed:
A degree in economics or a related field is preferred;
A valid driver's license (A or B) is required for scooter use;
Proficient English language skills;
Strong command of Microsoft Office;
Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
