Position: Test Data Environment ManagerLocation: Rosemont, ILContract Duration: 6+ MonthsJob Responsibilities:Lead complex problem-solving efforts, design solutions, and architect the management of Test Data/Environment, ensuring effective coordination among business, testing, and development teams.Plan and oversee technical transitions across development, testing, and production phases.Establish and enforce processes to guarantee a well-managed and integrated Test Data/Environment.Align processes, services, and business rules with best practices and company standards regarding performance and governance.Understand the test data requirements and concerns across multiple workstreams and testing groups.Manage the documentation and implementation of test data policies and procedures.Provide strategic recommendations to enhance applications for added value.Possess advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, problem resolution, and planning.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.Collaborate across project teams to foster positive working relationships with peers and senior management.Estimate efforts to assist in developing project schedules and resource allocations.Stay current with new technologies to enhance team capabilities.Prepare comprehensive Test Data plans and monitor progress against schedules.Define QA dashboards and report on engagement performance.Identify dependencies, constraints, risks, and issues proactively.Address escalations and project challenges effectively.Review and provide constructive feedback on all testing-related artifacts.Administer project change control processes.Manage project-level risks and facilitate root cause analysis when necessary.
