The technician will maintain an accurate inventory of pesticides used and actively seek opportunities to promote and sell Rentokil Terminix products and services, collaborating with sales representatives to identify potential sales opportunities. The technician is responsible for effectively eliminating targeted pests as per the service agreement with each client and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Pest Management Technician's duties, under the guidance of the Service Manager, include but are not limited to:Adhering to the schedule to provide timely and consistent pest management services.Delivering high-quality service to our diverse client base.Responding to customer inquiries and addressing complaints with professionalism.Possessing technical knowledge of the chemical products used and their applications.Encouraging clients to leave positive feedback on their experience (via Chekkit or Google).Informing clients of any potential issues.Serving all clients along assigned routes according to company standards and procedures.Preparing and submitting daily service reports, as needed.Keeping track of pesticide inventory.Maintaining service records in accordance with regulatory standards.Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times.Actively seeking sales opportunities for Terminix Canada products and services, and working with sales representatives to target these opportunities.Maintaining a good driving record.Complying with company health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and organized, and that the necessary products and equipment are on hand to perform duties.Participating in company training programs and adhering to government guidelines.
