Coordinate internal communications and team engagement initiatives, handling logistics, drafting content, and managing distribution for team-wide updates. Qualifications 1-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, or a related field. Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Asana). Proven ability to manage workflows and hold teams accountable for system updates. Experience in budget tracking, invoice processing, or procurement workflows. Comfortable with tracking and reconciling budgetary numbers regularly. Strong organizational and time-management skills, adept at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
