We are looking for a proactive candidate who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of designing effective systems, enforcing data integrity, and simplifying complex concepts for our executive team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, integration, and continuous enhancement of our entire marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other essential tools (intent data, enrichment, ABM, analytics, attribution).Facilitate smooth data exchange among marketing, sales, and revenue systems, establishing clear definitions of source-of-truth.Assess, streamline, and implement new technological solutions as necessary, balancing innovation with simplicity and return on investment.Develop and maintain lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks that accurately reflect genuine buying behaviors.Manage multi-touch attribution models that effectively capture the marketing impact across extended sales cycles.Create clear frameworks for evaluating Channel performance, Campaign effectiveness, and the incremental impact on pipeline and revenue.Develop executive-level dashboards that connect marketing activities to pipeline, ARR, CAC, and payback metrics.Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales teams to design and implement ABM programs (1:few, 1:many, and 1:1).Assist in account selection, tiering, scoring, engagement tracking, and reporting.Ensure that ABM initiatives are quantifiable, repeatable, and closely aligned with revenue targets.Work alongside Finance to synchronize spending, forecasting, and performance analysis.Establish best practices for campaign setup, naming conventions, data hygiene, and consistency in reporting.Act as the guardian of marketing data quality and operational standards.Document processes and empower the broader marketing team to operate effectively at scale.
