Your responsibilities will include characterizing semiconductor devices, designing and automating test infrastructures, and extracting vital electrical parameters to guide process enhancements. This role demands hands-on involvement and strong collaboration with process, test, and design engineers.We seek a passionate engineer eager to work across disciplines in developing probe cards, designing test structures, performing electrical characterizations, and creating automation frameworks. A solid foundation in device physics and experience with CMOS modeling (e.g., BSIM) will significantly contribute to parameter extraction and feedback into process development.This position offers the chance to engage with the full testing stack, from test structure design to silicon fabrication and data analysis, helping to shape our validation and improvement processes of CMOS in a dynamic startup environment.
