As a vital member of the Arista Sales team, you will serve as a key liaison for our customers, championing their needs and collaborating with our technical resources to drive their business success. You will work closely with a talented group of Customer Engineers and engage with our Professional Services and Executive teams to deliver exceptional value for your clients. Our sales culture promotes teamwork and shared success, providing you with the support and collaboration of passionate sales professionals. This position typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.
Your Role
We are excited to announce an opening for an Associate Account Manager within our expanding Sales organization in the Bay Area. This role represents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to embark on a career in sales.
In this capacity, you will collaborate with the Sales Leadership team and Senior Account Managers to provide internal sales support, including the development of new sales pipelines, lead generation, marketing activities, and operational support for Field Account Managers in the region.
Arista is particularly appealing to engineering-focused organizations, making strong technical acumen and experience in data center networking solutions highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct lead generation calls with influential customer stakeholders and present Arista's value proposition to secure meetings for Field Account Managers.
Generate new business opportunities for Arista's Software-Driven Data Center, Campus switching platforms, Cloud-based Wireless WIFI solutions, DANZ Fabric Monitoring, and Zero Trust security products.
Drive attendance at marketing events.
Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly field marketing events while tracking attendance metrics.
Provide sales operations support for Field Account Managers, including assistance with sales quotes, order submissions, and billing inquiries.
Participate in sales training and shadow Senior Account Managers to advance towards a Field Territory Account Manager role.
Stay informed about technology partner solutions, competitive products, and market strategies.
