Conduct workplace inspections with the CMT, focusing on behavioral safety observations. Review Field-Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs) and daily contact cards for compliance and quality. Facilitate and supervise SHEQ-related training for staff and contractors, evaluating their qualifications. Participate in job hazard assessments, safety meetings, toolbox talks, constructability reviews, and project kick-off meetings as needed. Carry out daily and weekly job site inspections according to established protocols. Identify and resolve health and safety concerns specific to each site. Investigate injuries, accidents, and near misses, following site corrective action processes. Ensure significant events are reported promptly. Monitor the quality of incident investigations and confirm timely, effective corrective actions. Additional Details Compensation is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
