The Construction Coordinator manages project activities from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to client requirements. Regular site visits are required to provide hands-on support for ongoing construction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate activities among the CMT, engineering teams, contractors, and operations to keep construction workflows on track. Support the use of digital and computer-based systems, including mobile field devices, for CMT and contractors. Handle administrative tasks: log and track action items, maintain digital records, and assist with general office duties. Act as a liaison between the CMT and engineering teams to address issues such as Requests for Information (RFIs). Review construction schedules each week and gather feedback from discipline superintendents within the CMT. Work with the CMT and contractors to confirm reported schedule progress, and escalate any discrepancies to the Construction Manager. Monitor and calculate construction productivity as needed.
