About the job
Team and Work Environment
This Product Operations Manager role centers on expanding services and increasing user engagement for the Japanese market. The team, known as 'Silo,' is a small, agile group of 6-8 members, including Product Owners, Product Operations Managers, Developers, Designers, and Data Analysts. Work happens in cycles focused on experimentation, learning, and scaling, with each member setting weekly goals and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Decisions are driven by data and clear metrics, such as user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. This approach supports rapid, hypothesis-driven testing and learning from outcomes.

- Streamline operational processes and plan admin tools to help the team focus on core product development.
Who Thrives Here

- Communicates well across development, design, legal, customer support, and infrastructure teams.
