Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global Project Managers to assist clients in acquiring primary research insights
- Identify, recruit, and manage industry experts for consultations and surveys tailored to client needs
- Review expert profiles and responses to evaluate expertise and suitability
- Coordinate and schedule consultations and meetings between experts and clients
- Ensure adherence to client requirements while maintaining accurate records in Guidepoint's CRM system
- Work closely with international colleagues to enhance service delivery
- Provide support for Japanese clients during night shifts, ensuring continuity when Japan-based Project Managers are unavailable
