As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of the services that power Toku’s communications platform. This hands-on position involves working primarily with Go to maintain and enhance backend APIs and modules that support telephony functionalities such as call flows, IVR logic, and messaging services. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and enhancing existing platform services, driving modernization efforts, implementing architectural improvements, and transitioning towards event-driven systems.
