Airwallex is seeking a GTM Partnerships Manager for SMEs & Growth (Payment Acceptance) to help expand its offline acquiring business in Southeast Asia. This role is based in Singapore and focuses on building and managing partnerships that drive payment acceptance for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Role overview
The GTM Partnerships Manager will work to establish and grow relationships with SaaS providers, POS system vendors, payment platforms, and brand companies. The goal is to increase Airwallex’s reach and capabilities in face-to-face payment acceptance across the region.
What you will do
- Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships with key players in the payments ecosystem, including SaaS and POS providers.
- Engage directly with brand companies to develop mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Navigate the operational and regulatory complexities of offline payment transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring new partnership-driven solutions to market.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the payments ecosystem, especially in the context of face-to-face transactions.
- Proven experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within payments, SaaS, or POS industries.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance relevant to payment acceptance in Southeast Asia.
- Ability to work collaboratively and think strategically to solve complex challenges.
