This position focuses on designing test strategies, building electro-mechanical test rigs, and analyzing data to strengthen product reliability. What you will do Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans at system, subsystem, and component levels to meet design and reliability standards. Perform hands-on and data-driven root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems and field failures, using established problem-solving methods and a physics-of-failure approach. Design, build, and implement automated testing equipment for subsystem characterization, reliability, and environmental testing. Collaborate with R&D design teams during product development, conduct risk assessments, manage ongoing testing, and participate in design reviews to embed reliability early in the process. Analyze field failure data, identify trends, prioritize investigations based on business impact, and develop clear corrective action plans.
