Life Skills Autism Academy, part of Centria Autism, provides center-based ABA Therapy for children on the autism spectrum. The team focuses on evidence-based practices, aiming to help each child reach their potential through early and intensive intervention.
Role Overview: Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Registered Behavior Technicians at Life Skills Autism Academy work directly with children, following individualized, one-on-one treatment plans developed by experienced clinicians. These plans break down daily tasks into manageable steps, supporting progress in communication, daily living, and social skills. The goal is to help children build confidence and independence, both at home and in the community.
Schedule and Location
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Work is center-based in Speedway, Indiana
