We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic PR & Social Community Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will spearhead local PR initiatives, event planning, and social media strategies aimed at launching our products and enhancing brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is not only passionate about beauty but also possesses a proactive attitude, exceptional communication and writing abilities, and the capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR):
- Establish and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers, leveraging these connections to enhance brand visibility and coverage.
- Monitor media and social media channels for brand mentions and coverage.
- Organize events including influencer gatherings, product launches, and media desksides.
- Collaborate with Sephora on local co-branded PR events and promotional activities.
- Develop innovative PR strategies to boost brand awareness and maintain a positive brand image.
- Coordinate and execute local PR send-outs in collaboration with our global team.
Social Media:
- Work alongside the international social media team to create content and assets tailored to the AUNZ market.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and propose new opportunities.
