With $12 million USD in Series A funding from Peak XV Partners, DST Global, and Airtree, Haast is expanding its Sydney office to support this mission. Role overview The Senior Full Stack Engineer will join a high-autonomy engineering team, working on systems that directly impact enterprise clients. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable services and APIs for Haast’s compliance platform. Engineers here are responsible for technical decisions from architecture through deployment, iterating quickly based on user feedback. There is close collaboration with the founding team, and the work focuses on new systems rather than legacy code. What you will do Design, architect, and manage scalable services and APIs powering the LLM compliance platform. Shape how AI-driven insights are delivered to users, prioritizing reliability, speed, and usability. Make rapid, high-impact technical decisions. Question assumptions to improve user experience. Contribute to engineering culture, standards, and tool selection as the team grows.
