In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to assemble high-performing teams across our vibrant region, providing insights on hiring strategies to ensure we attract the right talent for every position. You'll have the opportunity to engage in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our approach to attracting top talent.
Your Mission
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, equipping them with insights on the external leadership candidate market and ensuring we recruit the best global talent for our roles.
Leverage your extensive experience in recruiting to offer advice on position alignments, interview best practices, and candidate experience, while utilizing data to guide your choices.
Analyze hiring metrics from diverse sources, discussing trends that extend beyond individual requisitions and reflecting on broader market, industry, or business line insights.
Lead regular update meetings on active searches, conduct on-site interviews, engage in debrief sessions, perform reference checks, and negotiate employment offers.
Proactively source and engage potential candidates while collaborating with our employer branding team to explore innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Ensure a personalized and outstanding candidate journey, maintaining continuous communication with candidates throughout the process.
Evaluate candidates against our business requirements as well as our company values and Leadership Principles.
