Build From the Ground Up: Collaborate closely with the CTO and establish the technical program management function from the start. Real-World Impact: Ensure that thousands of AI cameras continue to operate reliably on factory floors worldwide. Main Responsibilities Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software initiatives, including custom camera builds and Jetpack 6 deployments. Oversee Hardware Partners: Monitor progress with ODMs and vendors, ensuring design, prototyping, and production remain on track. Coordinate Software Releases: Organize and execute field release programs with the applications team, handling staged deployments and scheduled maintenance. Engineering Liaison: Participate in technical meetings and quarterly business reviews with APAC clients, translating their needs into actionable engineering tasks. Bridge Global Teams: Serve as the main link among teams in Taipei, China, and San Francisco. Requirements Relevant Experience: 5-8 years in technical program management or engineering project management, especially with hardware or embedded systems. Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to hold ODMs and vendors accountable for timely, high-quality outcomes. Technical Understanding: Comfortable reading datasheets and bills of materials. An electrical engineering degree is not required, but credibility with engineers is important. Communication Skills: Strong Mandarin and high-level English to work effectively with global teams.
