Bridge Global Teams: Serve as the main link among teams in Taipei, China, and San Francisco. Requirements Relevant Experience: 5-8 years in technical program management or engineering project management, especially with hardware or embedded systems. Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to hold ODMs and vendors accountable for timely, high-quality outcomes. Technical Understanding: Comfortable reading datasheets and bills of materials. An electrical engineering degree is not required, but credibility with engineers is important. Communication Skills: Strong Mandarin and high-level English to work effectively with global teams.
