As a Service Sales Representative at Konecranes in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence and sales growth of service contracts, refurbishments, and parts. Your primary objective will be to achieve our sales targets through strategic planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide valuable insights to the Division Manager regarding anticipated orders and sales, aiding in the budget estimation for the upcoming year.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for your designated locations, focusing on promoting and securing service contracts to meet sales goals.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the service sales performance in assigned areas to ensure targets are met.
- Formulate refurbishment sales strategies to achieve refurbishment orders and sales objectives.
- Establish parts sales strategies to fulfill parts orders and sales targets.
- Review and prepare quotations and tenders, negotiating terms to align with the company's profitability targets.
- Engage with customers to ensure timely invoicing and efficient collection of overdue payments by coordinating with the Finance & Admin Department.
- Oversee the efficient execution of all service jobs in your locations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and profitability.
- Manage warranty claims from customers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while addressing technical and service issues.
- Ensure that the MDTW Quality Manual under the Service QMS System is reviewed and updated periodically as needed.
- Maintain an awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
