Role overview
The Lead, Enterprise Account Management role centers on developing and maintaining strong partnerships with Shift4’s largest enterprise clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, this person supports clients at every level, corporate, franchise, and local, helping them maximize value from Shift4’s solutions. The Lead serves as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey, from order placement through installation, and coordinates both internal and external teams to ensure a smooth process.
This position works closely with Business Development, Product Management, and Development teams to support complex implementations, new business openings, and feature launches. The Lead handles escalations for support, billing, and service issues, and provides regular reporting and business reviews. Success in this role requires strong communication, a consultative approach, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Main responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key contacts at enterprise accounts.
- Advocate for enterprise clients within Shift4, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
- Oversee the full order process from initiation to installation, coordinating resources for timely, accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with Business Development and other teams on strategic projects and major initiatives.
