Role Overview We are in search of an Analyst to join our real estate investment team. This position will play a crucial role in underwriting, portfolio analysis, and business development initiatives within our SFR/BTR platform. This analytical position is perfect for early-career professionals eager to cultivate a robust foundation in real estate investment strategies. Key Responsibilities Assist with underwriting and financial analysis for new investment prospects, partnerships, and business development initiatives (including cash flow, yield, IRR, and scenario modeling). Collaborate with Business Development and Investment teams to assess new opportunities, including builder partnerships, portfolio deals, and strategic alliances. Evaluate portfolio performance based on key metrics such as occupancy rates, rent growth, expenses, and NOI. Create and maintain financial models to support both new opportunities and ongoing portfolio assessments. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide growth strategies. Support the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders. Monitor pipeline activities and ensure alignment between underwriting, deal strategies, and execution. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Finance and other departments.
