Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a talented Data Engineering team in designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (including Data Science and Security) to align on business objectives and uphold security standards.
- Oversee the technical backlog, make crucial decisions regarding product milestones, and ensure timely, secure, and high-quality delivery.
- Encourage the growth of team members through mentorship and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate security risks within the data platform while maintaining high standards across all projects.
- Define and implement methodologies that ensure the performance, scalability, and quality of our data infrastructure.
