Join our esteemed client in Telford as a Booking Coordinator, with potential for a temporary to permanent full-time position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating communication between customers and various internal departments, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively screening calls and taking comprehensive messages while directing urgent matters to management.
- Engage with customers empathetically, particularly when handling sensitive and confidential conversations.
- Adhere to data protection and security protocols, ensuring all information is managed responsibly and databases remain current.
- Provide non-technical guidance regarding procedures and address inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the line manager as required.
- Respond swiftly to queries and manage resolutions or escalations efficiently.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls using the company’s standard greeting, aiming to answer within three rings.
- Comply with safety and risk management procedures, including the Lone Worker Policy, and take appropriate actions in case of breaches.
- Manage all correspondence effectively and within specified timelines.
- Participate in monthly one-on-one reviews with the Office Manager/Senior Bookings Coordinator to discuss performance and objectives.
