Je behandelt overlastmeldingen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders en samenwerkingspartners. Role Overview As a Customer Advisor at KleurrijkWonen in Tiel, you represent the organization to clients each day. The role centers on listening carefully to customer questions and resolving their requests with attention and care. This position offers a mix of routine and variety, providing many chances to strengthen interpersonal skills within a supportive team. Main Responsibilities Work together with colleagues to ensure KleurrijkWonen is accessible to customers every weekday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, independently handling about 80% of incoming questions. Process a wide range of requests, from repair issues (like a broken toilet) to lease terminations. Manage more complex conversations, such as updates on waiting list positions or urgent housing needs. Some calls may be emotionally charged; support and training are provided to help manage these situations with confidence. What KleurrijkWonen Offers Gross monthly salary between €3,305 and €4,130 (based on a 36-hour work week). End-of-year bonus of 4%, plus an additional 3% of gross annual salary if organizational goals are achieved. Temporary contract for seven months, including a one-month probation period. Option to work from home when team schedules allow, with a home office allowance of €2.45 per day. Full reimbursement for public transport travel. For car or bicycle, €0.23 per kilometer (up to 100 km per day). Annual personal development budget of €900 for a 36-hour work week (pro-rated for part-time). Pension plan and access to a collective health insurance scheme. Sports allowance of €150 per year after one year of employment. For shorter contracts, this is paid pro-rata.
