Join CyberArk as a Solutions Engineer in Tokyo, where your technical expertise meets sales proficiency. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in securing technical wins throughout the sales cycle. Collaborating closely with sales teams, solution sales, subject matter experts (SMEs), and product management, you will lead and manage the technology evaluation phase of our sales process, effectively advocating for CyberArk's innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth technical understanding of CyberArk and its related technologies, keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Lead pre-sales technical initiatives and drive new business opportunities.
- Facilitate the technical evaluation process and address any potential escalations with expertise.
- Proactively identify new sales prospects by building and maintaining relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Articulate CyberArk’s technical value proposition with clarity and effectiveness.
- Prepare persuasive responses to the functional and technical sections of RFIs/RFPs.
- Ensure the success of customer proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Effectively communicate client requirements to our Product Management teams and contribute technical insights at CyberArk’s seminars and industry trade shows.
