About the job
Become a School Behavior Technician with Cortica
Empower students, support families, and elevate the standards of neurodevelopmental care.
At Cortica, we are on the lookout for a passionate and empathetic School Behavior Technician (SBT) to provide individualized behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences within educational environments. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and Cortica’s clinical team to foster student success throughout their school day.
Cortica was established to address the fragmented experiences families often encounter when seeking therapies for their children. By integrating neurology, evidence-based therapies, and advanced technology into a unified care model, we provide transformative neurodevelopmental care, one child, one family, and one community at a time.
As part of this mission, we are proud to partner with local schools to deliver ABA therapy in educational settings. This extension of our services underscores our commitment to supporting children not just in clinics and homes, but also in the environments where they learn and develop.
Schedule & Availability
This role adheres to a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, requiring availability from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM. While actual working hours may fluctuate based on student requirements, you will receive a guaranteed minimum of 4 hours of paid work daily when you remain available and accept assignments.
