Join us on this transformative journey, where your contributions will help shape the future of technology and manufacturing.PurposeThe Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and continually enhancing EHS programs across Divergent's advanced manufacturing operations. This position is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a safety-first culture within our highly automated production environment, which includes additive manufacturing, robotics, CNC machining, and materials processing. The EHS Engineer will collaborate closely with manufacturing, facilities, and engineering teams to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and implement scalable safety systems that support Divergent's rapidly growing, high-tech production platform.The RoleDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS programs that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.Conduct risk assessments, job hazard assessments (JHAs), and incident investigations to identify root causes and implement robust, sustainable corrective actions.Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure the safe design and operation of automated production systems, robotics, additive manufacturing equipment, and CNC operations.Lead environmental compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
