We welcome experienced recruiters who have previously worked independently or within staffing firms (permanent, PRN, contract, or temp-to-hire) as well as enthusiastic, coachable candidates eager to embark on a rewarding career in recruiting.
Essential skills include basic computer proficiency (typing, web browsing, and email), along with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. We seek self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
Daily responsibilities encompass:
- Updating and posting job advertisements
- Engaging with candidates via email, job boards, and social media
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Following up with qualified candidates
- Building and nurturing professional relationships
- Facilitating the hiring process
- Adhering to standardized recruitment practices
This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, with a recommendation to commit to at least 20 hours weekly to achieve optimal results. Training will be conducted virtually, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals without needing to visit our office. Regular group training sessions cover sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiations, and the placement of experienced professionals. Attendance at our weekly meetings is encouraged, with recordings available for your convenience.
