As a System Engineer at Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten in Utrecht, work centers on setting up, managing, and developing Systems Engineering for some of the Netherlands' most complex infrastructure projects. These include land stations, ViA15, Knooppunt Nieuwe Meer, and PHS projects.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate Systems Engineering activities within large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Establish and maintain processes such as requirements management, verification & validation, and configuration management.
- Guide colleagues in the use of SE methodologies and support their professional development.
- Act as a key link between technology, processes, and stakeholders.
- Analyze project needs, adapt methodologies, and advise the project control manager and client on strategic approaches.
- Shape the implementation and growth of Systems Engineering within the organization.
- Share knowledge and support the professionalization of the Systems Engineering discipline.
- Lead and mentor junior Systems Engineers on national projects.
