As a Senior BT Support Specialist I, you will play a key role in advancing Samsara’s cloud-first IT strategy. This fully remote position is based in Vancouver and open to candidates anywhere in Canada. The work spans a wide range of technical and operational tasks, including integrating new sites, troubleshooting network issues, managing technology vendors, and supporting internal teams. There is also a focus on evaluating new technologies and building automation to enhance IT workflows.

Work Location and Hours
