As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the role centers on supporting the company’s growth by recruiting and welcoming new team members to the Vilnius office. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, including active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, CVbankas, and other candidate databases. Partner with management to understand hiring needs and contribute to effective decision-making throughout the talent acquisition process. Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Support employer branding efforts to attract skilled professionals. Foster open, values-driven communication and help strengthen the internal culture. Requirements Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Ability to attract candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, using creative sourcing strategies and persistence. Strong English skills; Russian language ability is considered an advantage.
