As essential business partners, we enhance the organization’s quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, such as:Sales, distribution, reseller/partner, and channel agreementsMarketing, advertising, sponsorship, and influencer/endorsement agreementsSupplier and procurement contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and pilot/trial termsAgreements for online tools, software, and IT systems (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.)Assist in the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments (privacy, security, financial), compliance checks, and documentation of processes.Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to enhance processes, develop contract templates, and apply best practices.Provide guidance and training to business teams on best contracting practices.Offer risk-balanced legal guidance to facilitate strategic decision-making.Ensure adherence to internal policies, corporate governance standards, and relevant international legal and regulatory frameworks.Core QualificationsMaster’s degree in law (or equivalent)4+ years of experience in commercial/contract law, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experienceProven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreementsStrong understanding of legal compliance and risk managementExceptional communication and collaboration skills
