This is achieved through individual projects and hands-on tasks on the manufacturing floor, among other activities. We take pride in offering students a head start in the automotive industry, enhancing their future career prospects.We are currently seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer Intern to become a part of our dynamic team!Your Responsibilities:Assist in the launch of new programs.Contribute to Control Plans to ensure consistency and compliance in processes and quality.Revise Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documentation to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.Develop Safe Launch documentation to guarantee adequate validation, containment, and monitoring during program ramp-ups.Provide on-site launch support activities as necessary to facilitate seamless program implementation.Work Schedule:This position will be on the 1st Shift / 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, at our Corporate Office in Grand Rapids, MI.

We take pride in offering students an early advantage in the automotive industry to enhance their career prospects.We are currently seeking a Maintenance Intern to join our dynamic team!What You'll Do:This internship project aims to implement a measurable reliability and maintainability improvement package for our assembly operations, all while enhancing the intern's skills across key maintenance disciplines. The project adopts a pilot-first approach that entails: (1) standardizing downtime/failure coding,(2) improving preventive maintenance effectiveness based on actual failure modes,(3) building and validating Plex Equipment BOMs for targeted assets to enhance parts readiness,(4) completing 2–3 root cause analysis countermeasures with validated results.When and Where:This position will be a 1st Shift / 7am - 4pm M-F role located at our plant in Walker, MI.
