Role Overview
As Promise embarks on a new chapter, expanding into the federal sector by 2026, we are seeking a driven General Manager for Federal Government to spearhead this promising initiative and transform it into a key growth sector for our organization.
In this strategic leadership position, you will be responsible for the inception and expansion of our Federal Government business unit, which includes developing go-to-market strategies, fostering revenue growth, building partnerships, and ensuring cohesive collaboration across departments. This role calls for a visionary leader who is adept at merging public sector innovation with business strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Federal Government division, overseeing sales, marketing, and partnerships
Formulate and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to federal agency needs and available funding
Take ownership of bookings and revenue generation targets for the Federal unit
Develop and nurture partnerships with federal agencies, system integrators, and strategic collaborators
Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine brand messaging and positioning for federal clients
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment of market demands with product offerings
