What you will do Design, build, and maintain custom Gutenberg blocks using React and the WordPress Block API. Develop custom plugins that extend WordPress core features, following best practices and security standards. Create responsive, high-performance, and accessible front-end code. Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and DevOps to translate wireframes and information architecture into working code. Manage code in Git repositories, participate in code reviews, use branching strategies, and resolve merge conflicts. Troubleshoot and improve WordPress performance, focusing on PHP, JavaScript, and database layers. Document code, block patterns, and deployment steps for team reference.
