As we continue to expand our presence in the UK, we are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Manager with a robust background in the BEMS industry.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and nurture the UK Technical Support team, providing essential support for Priva’s building management and automation solutions. This hands-on leadership position entails people management, overseeing technical escalations, and fostering close collaboration with our Sales team and Priva HQ (R&D). We offer a hybrid work environment, ideally with a travel requirement of no more than 2 hours to our Watford office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Technical Support Specialists.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or critical BMS-related technical issues.
- Drive ongoing improvements in support processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Plan and conduct BMS and product training for internal teams, partners, and Sales.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with Priva HQ and R&D.
- Support product launches, partner enablement, and key customer engagements.
