Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic factory team, focusing on the production of our innovative iron-air battery systems. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of direction, defining and advocating for the tools and metrics that enhance communications and optimize manufacturing operations. Your technical expertise in new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing will be crucial in establishing the strategic direction for our production processes, including what we build, the order of production, and testing methodologies. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct and impactful contribution to the scaling of groundbreaking multi-day energy storage technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) plan, encompassing build sequencing and prioritization, aligning factory operations with overall program objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency across manufacturing operations and ensure alignment with product goals.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine production processes and implement best practices for testing and quality assurance.
