Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Intern will join the West Jakarta team to help identify and attract top talent in Indonesia. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding. What You Will Do Reach out to potential candidates across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, primarily through cold calls. Review incoming resumes, share feedback with the recruitment team, and help manage the recruitment database. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities. Work with the Talent Acquisition team to shape and execute employer branding strategies that showcase company culture. Create and publish engaging content on social media and career platforms to highlight the work environment and employee stories. This internship is based in West Jakarta, West Jakarta City, Indonesia.
